Cancellation Policy for Heron Now Boat Tours
At Heron Now Boat Tours, we strive to provide exceptional experiences while maintaining flexibility for our guests. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect our business and accommodate our customers whenever possible. Please review the details below:
1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: For the Everglades Excursion, Sunset Cruise, and Night Eyes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time will receive a full refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or failure to show up at the designated check-in time will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations
- In the event of unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, we may cancel the tour for your safety.
- Guests will have the option to:
- Reschedule their tour at no additional cost, or
- Receive a full refund.
- Our team will contact you as soon as possible if a weather-related cancellation is necessary.
3. Private Tours
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for private tours or group bookings.
- Cancellations for private tours or group bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive your deposit back.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour will forfeit the deposit.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Guests may reschedule their tour at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to availability and may incur a fee.
5. No-Show Policy
- Guests who do not arrive at the designated check-in time will be considered a no-show.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
